I was needing a gift for 8 year old great granddaughter. She is having a dance recital. Everyone was so kind in helping me with the perfect gift. The gift was stellar because everyone had great ideas. Trust and believe they are my to go to. I recommend this floral store to everyone. Again ty for all your help. LM

I placed a last-minute order for a custom floral arrangement for my father who was grieving the 1-year anniversary of his mother's passing. I was blown away by how beautiful the flowers looked when they arrived. I was also really pleased with how kind the owner was towards me on the phone. She accommodated all of my requests (the biggest one being if she could do a home delivery 1 hour before closing). She shared with me that she appreciated my business because the orders coming in that day had been on the lower side. People of Midland, please give this nice woman and her store a chance! I cannot thank her enough for her kindness towards me and for saving the day. She has a real talent!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!! I would not even give it a 1 star, but it wouldn't let me post without it!! My boss ordered flowers for my Father in law's funeral, and what was delivered was not what was ordered!! When we talked to them about it, she said that it says if it not available they will substitute. I would expect at least something comparable and it was nowhere close to what she ordered. The first one is what we ordered, the second one is what we received.

Ordered a bouquet in the morning and they were able to deliver same day. I ordered the FRUIT COCKTAIL arrangement. The flowers were not quite as pictured, however they were close and beautiful.

Last year, my mom ordered an arrangement from here for my birthday. The arrangement I received was the worst I'd ever seen. I'm honestly shocked that a shop owner would even let it leave their store. It was a really hot day and they left it outside instead of taking it back and calling me, which made it look worse. She called them and they were very apologetic and sent a new, beautiful bouquet the next day. I decided they deserve a second chance after that. Fast forward to this past weekend. I went in with a picture of an arrangement I wanted for a memorial service for my daughter's boyfriend, who was very special to me. My daughter even went with me to order them and spoke with her as well. She assured me she could do it, so I trusted her to do so. My husband got there 15-20 minutes early to pick it up and they hadn't even started on it. Then they threw something together that resembled what I asked for, but was very droopy and wilted in some places, had some brown petals, and not all the same flowers I asked for. Needles to say, we were very disappointed. I will never order anything else from this florist! I guess I don't have the option to add pictures and that is unfortunate. T
